Basketball tonight ? SC vs. Sheldon here. Wrestling @ Sgt. Bluff tourney tomorrow.

Congratulations to the Dance Team for their 1st place finish in Hip Hop at the State Dance Team Competition!!! The dancers will be performing this routine at the half time of the boys home basketball game tonight.

Today is the last day to sign up for the Northwestern Winter Soccer League. Teams will be created next week. The league will run from January 12 to February 23 or March 2 depending on the number of teams. Cost is $45.

All high school students are invited to Fellowship of Christian Athletes this Sunday, December 3rd at 7:30 p.m.

All 7th and 8th grade students from Sioux Center Middle school are invited! The dance will take place in the Upper Lobby at the All Seasons Center in Sioux Center. It costs $5.00/per person to get in. There will be concessions so you can get snacks. Make sure to dress up! Come and enjoy a wonderful Christmas evening with all your friends; dancing, eating, and laughing all night!

SENIORS- Our market research group (at Dordt) is conducting research regarding the recruiting process in making a college decision. As many of you are going through that process now, we would love to have you input. You will be a forming an essential focus group that will respond to questions and take a short survey. To take part in the study, you must be 18 years or older. We are looking for 6-12 students to participate. This should take no longer than 20 minutes during warrior time on Wednesday. We would love your participation in our study! Donuts will be served! Let Mrs. O know if you want to do this! There are spots left!

All high school students are invited to the Winter Dance THIS SATURDAY night, December 9. The dance will be in the middle school gym from 8:30-11:30pm. The cost is $3 for a single and $5 for a couple. We hired a professional DJ to keep the party going all night. Grab your friends and come have some holiday fun this weekend!

NASA Space Settlement Design applications are due by Friday at 8:10 am.

Seniors, please check the superlative posters in the senior hallway for your name. If your name is listed, you need to meet in Mrs. Bahrke?s room during Homeroom on Friday to have your picture taken for the Yearbook.

Speech students, please check your email every day so that you don?t miss any important information.

Northwestern College will be hosting a winter soccer league for high school students starting in January this year. Any 9th ? 12th grade girls or boys that are not participating in a winter sport are welcome to join. If interested please sign up in the high school office. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Ringsdorf or Coach Van Ruler.

**NEW** There will be a 6th Grade Show Choir Power Hour study hall today! Room assignments will be posted on the office window at the end of the day.

Boys? Basketball pictures are today during Power Hour. The 8th Grade team will be taking pictures first in the MS gym. Followed by the 7th Grade boys.

AAU Volleyball forms are available for girls in grades 5-8 in the middle school office. They are DUE Tuesday, December 12, but would like them turned in as soon as possible to determine the number of teams and coaches for each grade.

The Sioux Center FFA would like to welcome any 7th or 8th grader to join us on December 22 at the All Season Center for a skating party, pizza, and games. Skating from 2:30-4:00 and pizza to follow from 4-5. All expenses will be covered! There is a sign up in the MS office for those planning to attend. Hope to see you there!

Middle School Yearbook order forms are in the office. Cost is $16. Forms are due back to the Middle School office before December 20.

For Annika Jahn, Emma Gengler, Callie Van Beek, and Janae Zeutenhorsts' genius time project, they are putting on a middle school Christmas Dance on Friday, December 15 from 7:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. It is a fundraiser to raise money for kids in foster care. All 7th and 8th grade students from Sioux Center Middle school are invited! The dance will take place in the Upper Lobby at the All Seasons Center in Sioux Center. It costs $5.00/per person to get in. There will be concessions so you can get snacks. Make sure to dress up! Come and enjoy a wonderful Christmas evening with all your friends; dancing, eating, and laughing all night!
